Hotel HM Bavaro Beach - Adults Only

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Johanni, who welcomed us with a smile and a kindness that marked the beginning of a memorable experience. Upon arriving at our room, we were surprised by the thoughtful touch of a complimentary fruit salad and sparkling wine, which we deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, reflecting the excellent work of the housekeeping team, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. Our first night at the hotel was especially special thanks to the rooftop terrace. There, we were greeted with a wonderful smile by Xiomara, treated with great friendliness by Betsaida, and enjoyed exquisite cocktails prepared by Noelby. We also met Jasmine, whose smile and courtesy left an indelible impression on us, and Geral, a true gentleman whose hospitality far surpassed that of the four-star hotels we've stayed at. They also have a future Michelin-starred chef, whose talent was evident. Over the next few days, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, where we met Madeline, a charismatic and helpful person who made our first morning very special. Jasmine was once again present, making us feel right at home. We also spent time by the pool, where the atmosphere and music exceeded our expectations. There, we met Emilio, who prepared the best piña coladas we've ever had. Toward the end of our stay, we met Ismaris, a dedicated and knowledgeable hospitality professional. On our last day, Ana and Emilio Salas graciously facilitated a late check-out. Although it's difficult to remember all the names, we want to assure you that every member of your team made us feel at home, demonstrating a passion for their work. We will confidently recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

The staff is great. Katherin from the reception is very kind and funny. But everybody was great. The room was very clean and the facilities were nice. The Italian restaurant has great food. They also gave us a bottle of champagne and fruits in our room. They left us to take breakfast on the first morning before our check-in time and left us to have a late checkout without charge.

Our room was perfect! From the balcony we had direct view to the beach and loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The room was bright, modern and cheery. Not too big, not too small. Comfortable bed. We were lucky to get a late check out as we had an evening flight. We did pay a fee for this, but within reason, first hour free and then after $10.00 US per hour. It was well worth it. We could still enjoy both pools, the beach and taking a shower before our flight. We loved the Sky Bar with the rooftop pool. The best Pina colada’s, blended with fresh pineapple, other drinks also good. We ate sushi at the sky bar as well, while enjoying the view of the full moon over the ocean. The breakfast was also very nice. The warm welcome when we arrived to the room with champagne and fresh fruit was a sweet touch. We really enjoyed our last night and almost two days of our vacation, due to the late check out, a nice way to end our vacation.

The room is very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in an ocean view room and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean with chairs and a table. The balcony also has a drying rack which is very helpful. They provide all kind of toiletries including shaving razors and toothbrushes. They also provide slippers and robes. Breakfast is good. They have a buffet and you can also order a la carte with no additional charge. They also provide water as much as you need. Infinity pool on the rooftop is awesome! Staff is nice and helpful. There are a few good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. If you are looking for something different than an all inclusive, I really recommend this hotel! We had a great stay!

Great facilities, beach fronting with nice soft white sands. Breakfast was really good you have the buffet and menu to choose from or both! Our room was ideal well air conditioned and very large comfy bed Really helpful staff all round
